Hannah Friedman, LMT, holds a degree from The Soma Institute in Chicago. In her private practice, she provides massage for trauma survivors and the LGBTQIA+ community. She also writes meditations, essays, articles, and study guides. Hannah believes that healing is a radical act. As both a massage therapist and a writer, her work explores the connections between physical health, mental health, and social justice. She is a proud member of The Breathe Network.
